This section explains how venue registration works and what you need to think about in order to be a venue for Leicester Comedy Festival or the UK Kids' Comedy Festival.
As a venue you may be booking your own programme, or you may have a promoter doing it on your behalf. In either case it’s important that any potential programme disruptions are avoided from the outset – this could include screenings of major sporting events.
This section is useful when considering booking shows for your venue and working out responsibilities for venues and promoters.
Great, you’ve sorted the programme and submitted the shows – but the fun doesn’t stop there! Now you’ll need to think about how best to promote your shows and make sure that each and every one of them has a buzzing audience.
